Renee could be described as a wife, mother, and breast cancer survivor but none of those titles could tell the complete story of who she is, nor could this short about me section.

Renee was diagnosed with stage 3c breast cancer at the age of 36, being in the less than 5% of women who are diagnosed with breast cancer under 40. Her twins were only 6 years old but their mom never missed a beat, even all the while undergoing 5 months of chemo, then radiation as well as multiple surgeries. This was the time Renee had her big a-ha moment and really began to celebrate herself and birthed the site Celebrate You First.

Renee is a woman of many hats, spending her days helping her husband with his business, supporting transformational leaders, volunteering her time to her children’s school, all while being the best wife and mother of 10-year-old twins she can be.

Renee holds a B.S. in Holistic Nutrition and has 17 years of experience in the holistic health industry including 10 years as a licensed massage therapist. She also has over 9 years of experience helping heart-centered entrepreneurs and transformational leaders.

Renee’s hobbies include running 13.1 miles for fun, all things Disney, travel, and wine and perhaps spending too much time Googling things she should not.

Renee currently celebrates life each day in Seminole County Florida with her husband Mark and boy/girl twins Eden and Xen.
